Following Lord of the Rings, the Hobbiton set was destroyed. Recreated for The Hobbit movies, Peter Jackson’s vision has been rebuilt as a permanent tourist attraction. The scale and detail are impressive and amazing, certainly too much to take in at the one visit. Take a look around at what we saw.
